Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use Anna Temporary Driver Services (ATDS): the website annatemporarydriverservices.com, the ATDS app, or a booking made by phone. ATDS is operated by Anna Temporary Drivers Services, a sole proprietorship at 12-15-350, Manikeshwar Nagar, near O.U. Campus, Tarnaka, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telangana 500007. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. What ATDS does

ATDS connects you with a verified driver who drives your own car. We do not provide vehicles. You can book a driver for local use by the hour, an airport pickup or drop, a one-way drop in the city, a Drink & Drive ride home, or an outstation trip (one-way or round trip).

2. Who can use ATDS

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• Give a correct name, phone number, email address and pickup details. When you use the website or the ATDS app, we sign you in with a one-time code; keep your phone and email secure.
• One account per person. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.

3. Bookings and prices

• Current prices are on the Pricing page (and in the ATDS app once it is available). The price shown when you confirm a booking is locked for that booking, even if prices change later.
• Extra hours are charged at the rate shown in the price list.
• For outstation one-way trips you also pay the driver’s bus or train ticket back to Hyderabad, at actual cost.
• For outstation round trips you provide the driver’s food and a safe place to stay.
• There are no night charges.

4. Starting and ending a trip

• When you book, we send you a 4-digit start code by message (the ATDS app will also show it once it is available). The trip starts only after you give the driver this code.
• The trip ends when the driver ends it. The final fare is calculated from the locked prices and the time actually used.

5. Your responsibilities

• Your car must be legal and safe to drive: a valid registration certificate, valid insurance and a valid pollution certificate, and no known defects that make driving unsafe.
• Tell the driver about anything unusual about the car before the trip starts.
• Do not ask the driver to break traffic rules, drive unsafely, or carry anything illegal. The driver may refuse such a request and end the trip.
• Treat the driver with respect.
• Pay the fare at the end of the trip, in cash or online.

6. Damage and traffic fines

The driver must drive carefully and follow traffic rules. Damage to your car, or traffic fines, caused by the driver during the trip are the driver’s responsibility. Report the problem to ATDS within 24 hours of the trip ending, with photos or the challan, by calling 9848707541 or writing to annatemporarydriverservice@gmail.com. ATDS will share the driver’s details with you and help settle it. Your own vehicle insurance may also apply, under the terms of your policy.

7. Payments, cancellations and refunds

How to pay is explained in the Payment Policy. Cancellation fees and refunds are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

8. Safety

In an emergency, call 112 first, then tell ATDS on 9848707541. ATDS may share trip details with the police when asked or when needed to protect someone’s safety.

9. Suspending an account

ATDS may stop new bookings from an account that gives false details, abuses a driver, refuses to pay a fare or an owed cancellation fee, or misuses the service.

10. Our liability

ATDS arranges the driver and runs the booking. As far as the law allows, ATDS is not responsible for indirect losses such as a missed flight or a missed meeting caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Indian consumer law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown on this page applies to new bookings from its effective date.

12. Law and courts

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, decide any dispute.
